City Council rejected the 4.5-storey, 16-unit proposal during the Committee of the Whole (COTW) meeting on December 12th, 2024.
At the same meeting, Councill approved an amended alternative motion. If the proponent chooses to submit a new application, the COTW will expect it to align with the approved alternative motion
