12th December Committee of the Whole Meeting

City Council rejected the 4.5-storey, 16-unit proposal during the Committee of the Whole (COTW) meeting on December 12th, 2024.

At the same meeting, Councill approved an amended alternative motion. If the proponent chooses to submit a new application, the COTW will expect it to align with the approved alternative motion

17th October Revised Plans Submitted

Revised plans were posted on the City’s Development Tracker on 17th October 2024. The letter to Mayor and Council included with the latest version details what has been changed.

14th May Revised Plans Submitted

Revised plans were posted on the City’s Development Tracker on 14th May 2024.  There appear to be only minor plan changes but  the application is now for rental units
