- 6:15 PM: Doors open for pre-registered attendees to mingle with candidates.
- 6:30 PM: Deadline for pre-registration check-in. Doors open to general public until capacity is reached.
- 7:00 PM: Meeting begins.
Pre-registration required; James Bay residents given priority.
