Officers & Directors
James Bay Neighbourhood Association Board of Directors
The Board consists of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and two-four Directors. Elections are held at the Annual General Meeting, which occurs in either March or April (usually April). The four Executive Officer positions are for 2-year terms, while the Director positions are 1-year terms. The spokesperson for the association is the President, while duties and responsibilities for ongoing work and projects are shared by Board members.
